Norfolk & Suffolk Victim Care provides free, confidential and independent support for anyone aged 4 years and over who has been affected by crime in Norfolk and Suffolk, whether or not the crime has been reported to the police. They have specialist teams that can provide emotional and practical support, advocacy, information, guidance, safety planning, support for children and young people, and interpretation services where required and support victims of most crime types; however, they are not commissioned to provide specialist domestic abuse or homicide services.
